Improve quality control

My initial purchase six months ago was five stars—good quality and good back support. That's why I ordered a second. Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended. The second order arrived with torn seams, and the replacement was dirty with visible stains. No quality control. Wondering if returned items are being recycled.

I'm using this pillow with my car seat as well as my office chair. Excellent back support. The ergonomic design of the pillow aligns perfectly with my back. I used to have constant back pain while sitting for long periods, but with this pillow, the back pain is completely gone. It has highly breathable fabric, which makes long hours of sitting while traveling very comfortable.
